The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development recently issued a notice requesting that all provincial-level housing and urban-rural construction authorities should promptly summarize the development of illegal activities such as the investigation and subcontracting of construction projects, and submit them to the Construction Market Supervision Department of the Ministry. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development will regularly review the situation of local investigations and conduct national notifications.
 
The notice requires that the competent departments of housing and urban construction at all levels should continue to intensify the investigation and punishment of illegal activities such as subcontracting of construction projects, and carry out inspections in accordance with the requirements of “two random and one open”, and increase the illegal activities to be verified. Punishment and record the penalties in the corporate and personal integrity records.
 
The competent departments of provincial and urban housing construction shall strengthen guidance and supervision, timely summarize the development of illegal activities such as investigation and subcontracting of construction projects, and investigate and report work reports and construction projects within 10 days after the end of each quarter. The quarterly summary table for the investigation and punishment of illegal subcontracting and other illegal activities shall be submitted to the Construction Market Supervision Department of the Ministry. The first quarter work report and summary form will be submitted by April 15th.
